“We enjoyed all the access the Buccaneer had to offer. The beaches are beautiful. The one thing I would do differently is rent a car. Also, I wish the property had access to rent a golf cart if you weren’t golfing. The expense of some of the food was something to plan for or to purchase a meal plan for the next trip. It was a great vacation, overall.”

“The bed and pillows were heaven! Beautiful property with helpful staff, good food and cocktails.”

“2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that.”

“My stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping for the entire stay — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no basic room upkeep. It felt like the resort had completely abandoned even the minimum standard of guest care. The situation was made worse by the unwelcoming, uninterested, and unprofessional staff. At every point of contact, it was clear that guest service was not a priority.I strongly do not recommend……

“The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
