“First issue was Discord between Expedia and the hotel. The hotel manager was still gracious enough to give a room when shown the confirmation. But i would say rs800/- was enough for the room I was provided. I paid little over rs3900/- Plus the room alloted was in an underconstruction building. Phone wasn't working. No geyzer”

“Not at all good experience. Had to wait a long to get the room key, inspite of showing them the hotel.com confirmation. In fact, I called the reception about our journey one and half hour before reaching the hotel. Room service was literally nill. Food was found to be costly than any surrounding restaurants. I don't know whether online booking is not a pleasant route for the hotel management !!!”
