“We drove from Vientiane to Meuang Feuang. Once we arrived, there were no clear signs directing us to the property. We spent about 45 minutes trying to find it and stopped five times to ask locals for directions to Heun Phea Meuang Feuang Riverside2. I messaged the property for help, but received no response. I also tried calling, but no one answered. We eventually found the place, only to see that the sign actually read “Heun Phea Meuang Feuang Riverside”—there was no “2” at the end like the……

“The hotel was a highlight of our stay in Vang Vieng. Watching from the pool as the balloons took off for sunset tours was unforgettable ”

“Room was clean. Pool is great. Right by the river. Slightly out of town so quiet.”

“Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to……

“The reception was extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed there only for two days and they helped with booking the activity and transportation with reasonable price.View from the room is stunning.”

“Beutiful hotel and facilities right on the river. Staff was wonderfull and helpfull, and the location is perfect, quiet yet only a couple minutes walk from downtown.”

“The room still has old dust and webs around corners and bedside tables. Towels are too old and ragged.”

“As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free……

“Had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The value for money here is insane. The staff were also super friendly. Highly recommend!”

“The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The staff were helpful, nice, and professional. The activities I participated in were all at a walking distance.”

“La propreté et la courtoisie du personnel!”

“The room was clean, and the service was great. The hotel provides a paid laundry service, and it is quick. The location is near a morning market; it is not loud, and it is a good chance to see the local lifestyle. I had a great experience here.”

“Great fancy place to stay”
