普利茅斯英国普利茅斯魔鬼角附近酒店

“This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.”

“Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public”

“Beautiful location and building.”

“It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff also nice and helpful. However my single room was TINY. Single bed squeezed in with wall at foot of bed, so my toes touched this when I stretched out. Ensuite was too small to include sink in there, so was in the bedroom. No window but a frosted window emergency door, leading me to think that where the room was was originally a corridor to this emergency exit. Also no towels left in room, which I did not notice until came back in evening when……

“家庭房質素好，祗是浴室較小。酒店地區近遊客區。非常方便。”

“酒店位置極佳，早餐在penhouse, 非常美味，而且風景極好。”

“The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to……

“Room spotless, but dated. £7 parking on top was unnecessary. Staff friendly on check in, but on checkout couldn’t have been more offhand. Hotel needs attention to detail, worn carpet on corridors. Didn’t appreciate having to step over a vacuum cleaner and a pile of sheets to get to the lift. I’ve stayed here before with no problems, it’s sad to see the hotel go downhill.”

“Very nice Breakfast and good service.”

“Nice clean room, comfortable and very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice.”

“To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half……

“Nice and modern apartments to stay. Beautiful view from penthouse. Staffs are helpful. ”

“Staff was easily approachable and good communication”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes.……
