"Wonderful hotel/hostel close to Tayrona. The private rooms have large floor to ceiling windows, and it was magical to watch the lightning and thunderstorms at night. Our room was very comfortable, and we loved the hammocks and outdoor seating as well. The restaurant served great food, and it was nice to have room service on extra stormy nights. "The property itself is beautiful. The restaurant offers tasty vegetarian options. The common areas are well maintained. In my opinion, the only downside was the poor communication from the staff and the lack of managerial oversight. There was a power outage during my stay, which is not uncommon for the area at this time of year. However, the lack of any meaningful communication from the staff turned a mundane situation into an unnecessarily uncomfortable one. "
