This Hotel is wonderful. The location is a 10. right where everything is happening. the service is incredible; they even prepare a lunch box for our visit to Austwick that we were picked up so early. The breakfast was very big with mimosas, and a la cart and a great selection of fruits, chesses, charcutiers, yogurts. etc. The rooms are big, decorated with a classic style, from the era, that resembles the old town area. with modern amenities. All the staff incredibly helpful. I cannot be more grateful that our stay in Krakow was fantastic. For me a hotel is a big part of the trip. and this Hotel just put a 10 in our whole experience in Krakow

Amazing is the best way to describe this hotel. It is five star! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable- they have thought of every detail. The guest service is friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

Lovely hotel. Unfortunately our room was a little on the small side (301). I did ask about an upgrade on check-in, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Also our room had a strong smell coming from the drains which meant when you first entered the room / opened the toilet, it was pretty smelly.

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice. Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk. Honestly, just the best experience. We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special.
