“I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.”

“Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly……
