“Yes, I did send review directly at hotel when there Room spotlessly clean, bed v.comfy, staff very courteous, friendly. Felt at home. Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance ”
