"I might be shooting myself in the foot to have an open booking in the future but the property exceeded our expectations. We had both mountain and ocean views from the Lanai, the unit was well appointed and up to date. The bed was awesome, etc. The Hilton pool pass was the cherry on top. We stay on Hawaii a lot, and this property was a great find for us. We will book here again. The Resortica people were very proactive, and also quick to reply to our questions and requests."

"A really awesome setup for our family of 4! We do a lot of cooking in when we travel, and the condo was well stocked with the basics! There were super nice touches when we arrived- cookies for my daughter who was having a birthday, lotion, and other snacks! We will definitely boom again!"

"My family had an incredible vacation staying at the Shores at Waikoloa. The unit was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for our family of four. It was located in a very quiet area, and we hardly heard any noise during our stay. The twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our two children. We especially loved the lanai.It was a beautiful place to relax, listen to the sounds of Hawaii, enjoy our meals, and take in the amazing views. Having access to the Hilton pool was such a wonderful bonus. It was fun to explore the resort and spend time there—it definitely had a lively, energetic atmosphere. At the end of most days, though, our kids loved returning to the Shores pool for a quieter swim. We were often one of only a few families there, which made it especially relaxing. The location was perfect for families. There was great shopping nearby with everything we needed, and it was a convenient home base for exploring the island. The unit was also stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which came in handy during our beach days. Everything about our stay was wonderful. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a few basic cooking essentials such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, aluminum foil, and a few seasonings. We enjoy shopping at local grocery stores, so it wasn't a major issue, but having those basics available would have been a nice touch. Overall, this was an excellent rental and we would absolutely stay here again."
