“Loved this house! It was so homey, cozy and plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. Great communication and easy check-in as well! Would stay here again. Stayed here for an ultra race and was perfect!”

“Would tell anyone passing through to stop here. The air conditioning kept us cool, and we appreciated the room service after a long drive.”

“We had a wonderful time at this property in Atchison! Very well appointed with every amenity you could ask for. Comfy beds, very clean, well stocked kitchen and bath. Great communication. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Very nice charming home. Enjoyed our stay. Joe and Bill were there to greet us and there when we said goodbye. :) Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you kindly.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom retreat in St Joseph MO this past weekend. This property was comfortable and convenient since we needed something fairly close to the Civic Arena. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. We made good use of the kitchen area since we like to prep our own meals. Street parking was easy and our host was very easy to get in touch with…quick response to our questions. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you for your……

“If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. In the city, close to downtown and no traffic!”

“Had a hiccup when first checking in BUT the owner was quick with replies and taking care of issue. Place is exactly as described. Quiet, off beaten path, river view house. Very nice sunsets. This was the perfect rental for me, I like an off the beaten path place - yet still a 10-15 min max drive to all needs. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and view was excellent. Would suggest to bring slippers for inside house. If a light sleeper bring earplugs. Train comes by quite a bit. Sometimes not……

“It was clean. The beds were comfortable and having a view of the river was great.”

“This property is beautiful and the host has been so wonderful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Love this place”

“Thankyou so much! This is such a cute peaceful cabin! Definitely would stay again! It has everything you b would need! So nice sitting on the patio drinking coffee! Thankyou b so much!”

“QUIET GET-AWAY! We were looking for a peaceful get away and this fit the bill. Close to the river and surrounded by trees. Watched the eagle fly gracefully through the air! Close to town and the Casino for entertainment. My dog got away from the city fireworks and the neighbors provided just enough for our entertainment.”

“Great! Thank you!”

“Nice clean home. Easy to find and access it felt safe.”

“One pleasant surprise was how effective the air conditioning was during warmer days,it kept us cool throughout our stay!”

“Great old style place. The furnishings and decorations are well done , they perfectly fit the style. It’s a neat snapshot of history with the creaky floors and old school fixtures, and it would definitely be a place we would stay again.”

“Nice roomy space. We enjoyed the space and the full kitchen was such a plus.”

“Fun, quirky house. We grew up in the 70's so we LOVED it. Only there overnight for a football game. Did no cooking so can't comment on kitchen.”
