And Fabio takes great care to ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. He found me a quiet place to work away from the noise of some renovations that were in progress a couple of days, and kindly gifted a bottle of wine to compensate for any inconvenience that the work may have caused. “Au calme ce country house est très agréable car un peu excentré du tumulte et de la foule de Rome. Idéalement il faut avoir une voiture pour profiter pleinement de l’endroit. Garer vous à Ciampino stazione (6,90€ la journée avec Easy Park), 1,50€ pour 10 minutes de train et vous arrivez à Tremini d’où partent tous les bus (1,50€ les 100 minutes) et à vous Rome si vous avez de bonnes chaussures. Chambre spacieuse et très calme, buffet de petit déjeuner parfait avec tout ce qu’il faut sale comme……

“Access was okay but I won’t believe its suitable for those needing floor-to-room step free access as there’s a few small steps to get to the elevator. Overall: Good Amenities, I was promosed the lactose free option for breakfast, however this was not delivered. For the rest very convenient location for easy access to Ciampino airport”

“The property is primarily a wedding venue. The room I stayed in was ok but very basic. The location is remote and there isn't much to do around there. The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English”

“Lovely, peaceful place with a relaxing atmosphere. Brunch was good! They offer food at set times during the day, but if you're outside those hours, there are very few options available. There are also not much restaurants nearby, so dining can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable, and the walls were extremely thin - we could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. That said, the peaceful surroundings make it a nice place to unwind and disconnect if you're looking……
