“The staff was truly so warm, friendly and helpful. Our goal for our stay was to relax and fully unplug, and we did so. “You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the……

“My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The beds were comfortable, the location beautiful, the breakfast delicous and the after dinner schnaps very much enjoyed. “Alles war super und zufriedenstellend. Parkhaus kostenlos genutzt Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der großen Suite und der Badewanne im Wohnbereich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und alles auch zu Fuß und Bus erreichbar. Kann jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.Wellness und Spa auch sehr luxuriös.”

“The place was great. The only issue I found was I thought we were right at the Hahnenkammbahn, but the property is far from that location... at least 15 minute walk. No problem as we were not skiing and the place was good for us. Even though right by train track you do not here the train as the building was insulated well. Great overall.”
