“I didn’t like the musty odor of the room.”

“We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.”

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”

“When I book with Expedia I get the less comfortable rooms, this time unfortunately, our room was directly above the air conditioning equipment. The noise level was very high throughout our stay, and the vibration from the units was noticeable enough that the bed would shake”
