“My girls basketball team ended up not staying at this hotel. Very sketchy and not a safe place to stay. The girls were begging to leave because of the area it was in. Would not stay here at all. We tried to get some money back but couldn’t. I had to rent rooms at another hotel and lose the money here. The pictures on the website are very misleading.”

“We had a roach in the bathtub. Sheets weren’t clean. They forgot to wash laundry so no-one had towels. There was underwear hanging from the back of the bathroom door. The list goes on. It was just nasty.”

“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. There were loud, disturbing noises and fighting outside the hotel room around 3 AM, which made it very difficult to sleep. Upon arrival, the room had water on the floor, and the TV was not working properly. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was not satisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The employee at the front desk looked sleepy and was dressed inappropriately (it looked like she was wearing pajamas). It took a long time for her to give us a room.”

“I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.”

“We booked this room because it was one of the only hotels that would sleep my family of 5. We figured at almost $200 a night it would be a nice clean place. Check in was smooth and easy but as soon as we walked in our room there was a dirty crusty rag sitting on the pull out couch which we were disgusted by. Went to use the restroom and the toilet paper was just sitting on top of the holder with an empty roll sitting in the holder. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. There was handprint……

“Room very clean. Plus plus for cold ac and a real shower with all the hot water you need and good pressure. Outside property could use a cleanup and a lil paint but repairs are in progress. Definitely will be back.”
