“Excellent experience Great location ”

“The room was modern and spotless, the views were beautiful, the breakfast was plentiful. Beatriz was an absolute angel, from making reservations at recommended restaurants, to organising taxis, she often checked in on us to see if we needed anything. What a wonderful find, I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you!”

“This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the……

“Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in. The hospitality was warm, generous, and sincere. We were treated to a taste of Moncorvo’s traditional regional culture. Perfect location for exploring the Coa Valley rock art and the Douro wine region. 10/10!"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. “Perfect for 1st night on Camino. Very wekcome check in, clean and comfortable 1 bdrm trailer. Gorgeous setting, could hear Icean surf if opened windows. Made nice supper & breakfast with kichenette. Exceeded my expectations”

“Nice big apartment. ”

“Perfect spot to visit Porto. I strongly recommand.”

“This was one of the best rooms I have stayed in, in Portugal in all the times I have visited and will definitely be back! Location is great! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better stay”

“Excellent location. Good studio with nice bathroom, built in kitchen with dishwasher etc. Property behind some metal mesh so didn’t realise we were at correct place at first. Should the PIN code for the communal entrance be the same for the door? Bar nearby pretty noisy at night. Small ants by wall and table. Would we stay again- yes but with earplugs and please use ant powder.”

“Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“Nice property situated out in the city fringe but only 15 - 20 min or so walking downhill to the old town. Supermarket and metro within 10 min walk. Pretty comfortable and kitchen had everything you require. The outside space was nice and a good place to have a drink in the afternoon.”
