“Hotel room itself and crews are exceptional, breakfast was delicious.. except they never mentioned on booking about the renovation of the pool which family was looking forward to enjoy. So that's the downpart of the hotel,.. rather they told us during check in so, family was a bit disappointed, but rather than that, we had fun. ”

“The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.”

Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads. ”
