The very kind receptionist who spoke perfect English arranged to put the keys in a coded box for me on the outside of the property and then sent me the details of how to access the key. “Hotel moc pěkný, obsluha příjemná. Jen čistota pokoje nic moc. Ručníky nám nevyměnili i přes upozornění na recepci. (naštěstí jsme měli ručníky své) Odpadkový koš vynesen až na naše upozornění. Na pokoji koberec, který byl tak chlupatý a od vlasů, že jsme jej srolovali a se svolením slečny na recepci, z pokoje dali pryč. Za celou dobu pobytu se nekonal žádný úklid pokoje, koupelny ani toalety. O doplnění toaletního papíru jsme si taky museli říct. Zřejmě jsme měli jen smůlu... Ostatní služby……
