“Not clean. The pillows were like a bunch of rags in a pillowcase, I had some type of bug bites on me all over my arms and face. I called the property to ask if there were bedbugs, they said "nobody has said anything" and when I asked for a follow up call he said "sure" and hung up the phone. Very noisy from the floor above me. I called down to the front desk and they must have said something because it did quiet down at least. But one week later I'm still dealing with itchy”

“I didn't like being penalized by Expedia a whole night's cost for canceling one of the room reservations. I didn't like how the facility smelled of mildew. I didn't like how the whirlpool jets didn't work. I didn't like there being no kleenex in the bathroom, no cart for my luggage and no cups in my room. And I didn't like that there was no front desk person to take care of my needs.”
