This trip I left my IPad at the front desk and about 10 minutes after getting to my room I got a call from the front desk. "Staff were kind of rude when approached at the front desk with questions. The person in charge of operating the waterslide was on her phone the entire time and frequently left the pool area"

"The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room."
