Beachfront paradise just 30 minutes from Dubai. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Full sea view. Enjoy the panoramic sea views from all 3 windows and the walk out balcony of the unique master BR . Take the elevator down and you are across the beach. Enjoy swimming, jet skiing and other water sports. Walk to restaurants, clubs, salons, minimarts and pharmacies. Walk along the beach with your family or go dancing with your sweetheart. Beach umbrella and beach chairs provided.

Fully furnished in a modern, tasteful and elegant style. All windows have full blackout curtains for the perfect sleep and privacy. Eat outside or enjoy cooking at home with a fully equipped kitchen and a generous supply of dishes, glasses and cutlery, a microwave and toaster oven, a coffee, espresso and cappuccino maker, a water kettle and a reverse osmosis water purification system. High speed wifi at 500 Mbps extends to every room with multiple routers. A workspace with a monitor is also provided. A large capacity laundry machine, clothes drying racks, iron and a hair dryer are also provided. Free Parking for one vehicle is available in the parking garage.

Access is controlled by an electronic lock. For stays longer than 2 weeks, free cleaning will be provided every 2 weeks. Weekly and monthly stays are discounted.

Beautiful apartment with great view

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment with a fantastic sea view. The apartment is situated within a huge building that has a large pool, a hamam and fitness facilities onsite. There is a clean public beach nearby as well as a lot of small grocery stores, restaurants and fast food outlets all within in a walkable distance. We found everything we need in the apartment. The host was very helpful and accommodating. All in all we can highly recommend this place.
