Very large accommodating family apartment style rooms, full kitchen and washer combo dryer in room as well. The master bedroom was very nice and spacious, however I would have preferred a softer mattress as the one we had was extremely firm and made it uncomfortable to sleep on my side. My family and were very pleased with our stay and loved how lovely and welcoming the staff were.

Rooms were fantastic, beach area & pool area was beautiful, lots of great dining options, even the buffet food was really good. Porterhouse meal and world eatery were both great options and we had some lovely dinners. Staff & housekeeping were all very nice. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back to this hotel.

Hôtel is need a serious makeover! The room wasn’t clean dust was everywhere and the cushions on the couch and balcony furniture was filthy. We stay in a 2 bed and the bathrooms were not stocked with toiletries. I wasn’t happy with the condition of the room and it definitely was not 5 star quality.

You will feel comfy as you home, the facility has unique royal design with centralised hot tub However, they need to enhance the water warmer system at the room since the hot water is not constant and can’t fill-out the tub on same water temperature level. I highly recommend this for a family with small kids, the safeguards around all the water activities . In general beachfront bars and restaurants reps are not fully motivated therefore the services being impacted negatively, beside this the waiters calling devices were not working appropriately. Last thing i have booked ocean view apartment the price even was higher than the resort view but technically it wasn’t ocean directly, it was a city ocean view and i was not satisfied fully. Finally i will absolutely repeat my stay in the same hotel in the nearest future.

The resort was nice, the restaurant food was limited every day the same, the restaurant staff such an embarrassment every time we are there and ask for water they want us to pay for water even though we explained to them it was included all drinks for our room was included as VIP benefits. Overall it is over priced resort for what you get .

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and attentive. The dining options were nice , and the premier lounge was a good breakfast experience. We stayed here for my wife’s birthday , and the staff even surprised her with a special treat on her day. It should be noted that this location was a bit far from airport , Dubai mall , and the marina, so be prepared to rent a car or Uber a lot .

I love the property, just workers Mauvana restaurant always run after you to sign a bill for the drinks that are already included in your stay, every night we explain to them but no use, and the way they do it as if they’re running to catch a runaway thief. Too bad that really affected our stay.

I liked the staff working the Valet most.They allowed me to take the vehicle myself, if it was parked in a spot that was easily accessible. This saved me much time.
