Property was very nice. The building was beautiful, lobby gorgeous. Was even offered my choice of coffee at check in. Each floor was beautiful, with huge kitchen and living room area. Suite was so compact and very smartly laid out. Loved all of it!

This is a service apartment not a hotel.
It has a well-equipped shared kitchen, laundry room and gym. It’s not very closed to city center, however there are many shops around. It takes around 30 minutes to train central station and 1 hr 10 minutes to the airport. I like this place

Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again.
