“Overall a great stay. We were given a free upgrade from the garden studio suite to the 1-bedroom. Unit was very modern like in the pictures, as well as being practical and well designed. We were happy to have access to the in suite washer/dryer for clothes cleaning. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure. There was a bit of an issue getting in touch with the property leading up to check in. We had bags to store, but check in directions did not provide any information. Emails/calls went……

“I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me! But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava. The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient. All of that would have been enough, 'but wait! There's more!' The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, ……
