Location is great, but other issues..
While we enjoyed being able to walk to nice restaurants and some wineries, there were other drawbacks to the cottage. Internet worked for a few hours and then was non-existent for our 3 day stay. The property manager did promise a credit for the bad internet, which was appreciated. Taking a shower requires an act of limbo to get through the opening, since the top was about 5 feet above the floor. In addition, the A/C unit in the living room is quite loud, which caused us to turn up the TV volume quite a bit to be able to hear it. Finally, the selection of dishes, utensils, and glassware and a way to clean them was quite poor. I would choose another place to stay next time and gladly pay a little more for better amenities.

Communication Issues
The property was nice and in a great location. It worked well for what we needed and wanted. The only issue was the communication. There was no clear person to contact and when I did need to contact the property management, they could not get an email sent to me regarding how to enter the home. They ended up providing the information to me over the phone, which worked, but there was no email ever received. Approximately 12 hours after check in, i got a text message with the information of how to access the property. Everything was very delayed. If there was not a communication issue, things would have been pretty great. All said and done, the house was fun and met expectations.

Great location but a few problems with the stay
Tina's Cottage is a great location for visiting wine country. You need to have a pest company spray for insects as there is a pretty bad ant infestation that we experienced throughout our stay. Tina's restaurant next to the cottage scheduled a power washing of their vent system for a late Monday night 10pm-Midnight which was so loud we could not sleep. That could have been scheduled for the daytime on Monday or Tuesday when the restaurant is normally closed rather than late at night so people in the area could sleep.

Disappointed
I expect more from a professionally managed property. The listing gives the appearance of being a well-appointed and comfortable home nestled in Oregon’s wine country. Its basically a dilapidated house with an attempt at an updated paint job right next to a busy highway that was under construction all hours of the day and a pretentious restaurant that was never open. The only saving graces were that it was mostly clean (except for the army of sugar ants in the kitchen), the bed was comfortable, and it’s close to the amazing Red Hills Market. Vacassa, the only way to connect to you is via a phone call. It’s 2021, please make messaging an option. I’m on vacation and don’t expect to have to conduct business via a phone for simple things like appliances that don’t work, a toilet that runs, and ants in the kitchen drawers where there should be cork screws. It’s wine country, one should be on the list of amenities in a vacation property. Add to this, exposed wiring because of missing wall plates, unreliable WiFi, and a shower door made for people shorter than 5ft, this property needs some serious attention to detail.

Convenient for a stay in Dundee. Next to Tina's Restaurant, one of our favorites and just a few more steps to Red Hills Market and several wine tasting rooms. It is a bit noisy at night with road traffic so if you are a light sleeper that may be a concern

Poor AC and few TV channels
Our main complaint is AC. Never got lower than 76 in LR. Totally needs a Mitsubishi type unit for LR. Temps were above 90 and AC not nearly good enough

No follow up
The house had little to zero utensils, pots and pans to cook with. There was zero wifi or t.v which was listed as having. I never git a response from home owner .vrbo did call me to say they were trying to fix issue. I was there for5 days..long enough to get a response but nothing. I feel like I paid more money than I should have. People count on wifi now a days and not having it meant I had to leave my rental to conduct some business/work which I had planned on doing while sitting on my couch in rental

Very nicely appointed
Well, we did pick the hottest weekend of the year to stay at this cute place. The air conditioning just could not keep up. I think it was beyond the ability of the building. We loved it otherwise. There is just about everything you need there and the kitchen is really functional and dining for two is perfect. Everything is decorated so nicely and the bedroom did get cold at night and the A/C kept the street noise non-existent. We liked being near all the hustle and bustle of the wine country. Walking distance to several restaurants (Tina's!!) and wineries. Changed to four stars due to the weather but would easily recommend otherwise!!

Comfortable bungalow with easy access to all you need in wine country!
We used Tina's Cottage as our home base for the Great American Eclipse and wine tasting. It was not far from our Eclipse viewing site and centrally located to so many amazing wineries. The cottage was well appointed and within walking distance to two wonderful eateries. Tina's, of course, is right next door. Dundee Bistro is only a block or two away. I enjoyed walking in the hills off 99W to try and work off some of the food and wine. :) Only downside is that you are right on 99W, however the air conditioner kept the noise away at night. I do believe the eclipse made for more traffic than usual. I would recommend this spot for your wine country getaway!

The cottage very nice and convenient to all the wine country and also not too far from the coast.
We were very satisfied with our stay at Tina's cottage, there only a couple of comments that I would like to make. First the silverware drawer was lacking of knives and the air conditioning system needs to be updated as the two units seemed to run continuously. We would recommend Tina's cottage to all as a very nice place to stay! Say hi to Dwight.

Good option
Location is great as its central to vast winery options in all directions, and the cottage is in walking distance to a few really good restaurants, tasting rooms, and a convenience shop. This made our quicker two night stay rather ideal. However, the cottage is located right along the main drag so it's a bit noisy with cars driving by continuously. Overall, good option if passing through the area for a day or two but not ideal for a longer stay.
