“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere.”

“Did what it needed to, clean and a decent shower. Very nice staff on the front desk. Only improvement is to have a refillable water station so that I could have topped up my bottle. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Mc Donald's breakfast burrito was awful!!! a joke, but that is not their fault, I wish I had got a muffin instead! Booked online as cheaper than the rack rate for walk ins...”
