Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.

It was okay, not the best!

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful. There were a lot of options for breakfast including cereal, bagels, eggs, pancakes, and more. The pool was closed, treadmills weren’t working, toilet didn’t really flush,

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

Very disappointing four nights here in July 2026. Miss grumpy working the desk when we arrived was irritated we showed up. She was there two nights and still grumpy. Two elevators for six floors and hundreds of rooms. One of them was not working our entire stay. A safety concern. The workout room was 84 degrees and grumpy told me the a/ c didn’t work and there was nothing to be done about it. The “pool” is a joke. About the size of a king bed. After reviewing the restaurant menu we opted not to go due to high prices. Geneva is a nice town and we had some good meals at local places. Wyndham should be ashamed.
