Welcome to our Blue Door Cottage! A picturesque setting is the first thing you will notice as you drive in to our Cottage.
We are located within minutes of Sugarcreek, Berlin, and Walnut Creek. After spending your day in Amish Country, come home to peace and quietness where you can watch your favorite movie or enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck.
If you want to cook, there’s a full kitchen with everything you need. But there are so many wonderful restaurants in the area, you just may not want to cook at all!
We cannot wait to give you an unforgettable experience at our Blue Door Cottage.
We are located on site but far enough away from the Cottage for you to enjoy your privacy.
We love people and hosting you is our greatest joy!

Blissful Escape!
The property was very clean, thoughtfully decorated and extremely cozy. Initially, I was a little concerned that the cottage was so close to the host's main house, but once we settled in, we might as well have been in the middle of nowhere - it felt totally private and secluded. Thanks to Karen for a great getaway!

Super Great Weekend
The wife and I were looking for a relaxing weekend and we found it. A nice cottage in Amish Country in Ohio. Arrived Saturday did some shopping in Berlin and Millersburg, ate a late lunch, and then got to the Cottage before dark and enjoyed a nice night watching TV and reading. The next day was Sunday so not much open but went to the Ernest Warther Museum in Dover which I highly recommend, then had pizza at Park Street Pizza, they had great salads and pizza. The cottage was cozy and easy to find, we met the owners and they seemed very pleasant. Overall a great weekend.

What a wonderful little escape
A lovely cottage, that while close to the main house, is still so quiet and peaceful. Spent a wonderful rainy night reconnecting and relaxing. The bed is possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. What a lovely hidden gem. Hosts were communicative and welcoming. Had everything we needed. The creek directly behind the cabin was so peaceful and beautiful, and added a wonderful ambience. Highly recommended.

Cute cabin
The cabin was auper cute and located on a beautiful, private property. It was clean, perfectly furnished, and just what we were looking for. Esther was a great communicator and understanding when we had a family emergency requiring us to leave early. We will certainly book again in the future.

Quaint and Cozy
What a delight! This is a cozy and comfortable little cottage. It is nestled by a creek with a fire pit and a beautiful hosta bed. Esther and Kim are awesome hosts. They are very attentive to making sure their guests are well taken care of and answer inquiries quickly. You can't go wrong with this cottage.
