“Very comfortable hotel.”

“Great location and excellent support for off-hour check-in. The lift is a plus!”

“Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!”

“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”

“The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!”

“great place and nice stay experience.”

“Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff”

Safe in the closet wasn't attached to anything, so it would be easy to carry out. There's a nice area in the……

“Location was perfect! Steps away from the city center.. the only downside was that you can hear people in the hallway, so sometimes in the morning that’s what would wake us up! Besides that the place was perfect for a weekend in Florence !”
