“Not worth what we paid for, only one restaurant in the resort, accessing two pools is paid, you have to repeat your requests to get it done and never use their transportation as it's extremely expensive”

“Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but……

“We had a lovely stay at R Palazzo. While the hotel is beautiful and the views are breathtaking, it was the staff that really made it special. Everyone who works there is personable, professional, and makes you feel like a VIP guest. They remember your morning coffee orders, ensure you have everything you need, and are just incredibly pleasant to have around. You won't regret staying here.”

“Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal und unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin.”

Super responsive via what’s app ahead of our arrival to coordinate parking etc. helped us make dinner reservations and even had a take away breakfast arranged for us and delivered to our room when she learned we’d be leaving earlier than the included breakfast. Absolutely incredible service!”

“Absolutely gorgeous hotel, lovely pool area with access to the private beach. Great location. Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. Apart from that the hotel is stunning and would definitely come back to stay again.”
