“I’ve come every year, and this year was a drastic change. The service is horrible. No towels were left to use to lay and take a swim by the afternoon. They also did not notify us of a wedding prior to our booking that would be taking the pool and dinner services away. I forgot to mention…. 3 pm is check in and our room was not ready until after 5 pm. Jamila, at the front desk, was fantastic and listened to our every need and made it worth staying.
