“A great location to visit the surrounding area. 40 mins from Gruissan beach, Roqebrun for kayaking and cycling along the canal du midi. The table du casino is great for dinner in the village. Some constructive feedback for the owners - The pool wasn’t as clean as it should be. Where we have stayed before the pool is cleaned/hoovered on a weekly basis, by the end of the week is was rather dirty and needed a proper good clean,Also the bathrooms needed a good deep clean.A lovely house full of……

“Es handelt sich hier um ein wirklich schönes Haus, was alles für den täglichen Gebrauch zur Verfügung hatte. Die Begrüßung vor Ort war trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten sehr gut und wir haben es mit Händen und Füßen hinbekommen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und nur ca 10 min vom Strand entfernt. Einzige wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht ganz richtig in der hauptsaison, da rundeherum Campingplätze sind, wo ein Animateur lauter als der andere ist. Aber das hat uns nur bedingt gestört. Alles in allem……

“Petite maison très agréable avec accès direct à l’étang du Grazel, située dans une résidence privée très calme. La maison est confortable, bien équipée, et particulièrement adaptée aux jeunes enfants (mention spéciale à la barrière de sécurité en haut de l’escalier!). Accès rapide à la plage de la mateille ainsi qu'au village, restaurants etc. à pied ou à vélo. Le service de conciergerie est un plus appréciable qui nous a permis d'arriver tard dans la soirée et de ne pas avoir à nous soucier du……

“Our family group of 15 from Ireland spent 5 days at this beautiful bastide in July 2025. The facilities are excellent for a large group, with three fridges and two dishwashers and bbq. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water in each bathroom. The pool was perfect, and again very clean and not over chlorinated. Parking space in the outer building was very good in the hot weather. The location is lovely and peaceful and very private. We would highly recommended this property……
