“We booked the premium room with a balcony upstairs. This is a relatively new property with excellent ground. A bit far from the temple but very clean and convenient. The balcony is expansive and has beautiful vast views. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Staff was courteous. We had some issues with room keys but the staff helped us out. Two suggestions for the property owners; Please install railing for the stairs and please expand swimming……

“The service etc is good..but the pictures shown in the hotel site and what u get are very different..so feel cheated.
Also the hotel.has small steps at unexpected places. One of my family tripped and had a bad fall.”

“During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy……
