Both elevators were out and had apparently been out for a little while. They put our group on 2nd floor but it was still difficult for luggage. Also the extra security latch in my room was broken so I could not double latch my door. That needs to be fixed. There’s even a sign on the door that advises hotel guest to always use that feature for safety and security reasons. Very clean facilities. Nice staff.

From the Valet to the staff to the room. Everything was above expectations.

The staff was friendly and responsive. There was no soap or extra toilet paper in our room, but we were able to get both items on request.

Best breakfast options ever!

Room was amazing. The view phenomenal. Everyone was very nice. Our waiter at Seltzers name was Michael. Super sweet, superb service, outstanding human being.
