“After long flight we wasn’t able to check in right away. We have to wait for third party to give us the key . It was hassle there instructions from third party that received last minute. We not able to communicate. All my texted no answer. No internet when online said provided for internet. We stayed one night only from two nights reserved. It was very disappointing. ”

“My reservation was overbooked and the replacement room was not good: no Wi-Fi, very small, dirty, poor layout.”

“nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time.”
