“Great food variety for breakfast”

“Pas d'accueil de clients possible en raison d'un problème interne. Je n'ai pas été prévenue ni par message ni par téléphone alors qu'il y a eu un échange la veille pour confirmer l'horaire d'arrivée. L'hôte n'a meme pas annulé la réservation alors qu'elle a refusé de me prendre. De plus j'ai dû rechercher un nouvel hébergement en catastrophe. Le stationnement est très compliqué dans la rue.”

“Perfect for early flights from the airport. Was only in the hotel to sleep but gave me more time in bed for my 7am flight !”

“I had rented a car for a road trip that had to be cancelled. Parking is a big challenge in the city, and I was grateful for the helpfulness of the staff, allowing me to park in front of their gate. I received a warm welcome and was given a ground-floor room in the front of the hotel, just off the lobby. A large closet, plenty of space, and high ceilings made the room comfortable, and there were two large windows looking with nice views of the garden. On the second night I was woken up briefly,……

“It was a nice hotel. Close to Old Tbilisi. You can walk away in 10 minutes. Hotel accommodation is fine. Breakfast is enough, but it should be improved. If you stay for more than 3 days, you need a different breakfast option. Thanks for all.”

“The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were lovely. It was a bit farther from downtown Tbilisi, but this was to be expected. The restaurant was also great too! ”

“Well above average facility in decent neighborhood. I needed to reposition the desk because it was too close to the bed, only to discover a filthy floor underneath. However, this was well-cleaned by housekeeping in the morning. Only one chair in my room, not very comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal, but okay. Coffee disappointing. Reception staff slow to accommodate requests, but they finally did.”

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful when I had trouble getting my ride app to find me and pick me up. If you have mobility issues, be aware that the entrance is very steep. I'm 65 years old, and I found it challenging to go up and down the hills leading to the property, especially with my bags. Fortunately there was always someone around to help with my large suitcase. The upside is that the city views were spectacular, especially from the terrace.”
