This a great one or two night stay. Very lovely we stayed for 2 nights. They had coldest AC. Nice little outside seating area and even have a pool. Room was good size. Room was super clean. And tile in bathroom had white grout, I don’t even have that in mine at home. Loved the Queen Anne style room.

Sandwich is a lovely quintessential Cape Cod town. We were there for a local event and needed a place overnight and the Earl was conveniently close by. When we drove in, we thought it was closed down. The grounds were overgrown. But the office door was open and I checked in. The host barely spoke a word to me. The room was filthy with dust and the walls, ceiling etc filled with holes and in general disrepair. Unfortunately it was too late to leave. This place would be overpriced at $50 a night. Certainly not close to $200 a night. I hope this review helps someone in choosing another place to stay.

my daughter and I love it here. Second time we’ve been very nice manager place is so pretty and quaint. very quiet no trouble just enjoyable I will definitely be coming back and you can’t beat the price.

Got a non smoking room that had a cigarette on the floor and smelt like smoke. Old Wendy’s food bad under the bed, the bed was extremely uncomfy and squeaked terribly. The door didn’t lock or shut fully and we had to put the dehumidifier infront of it to shut for the night. When we advised the staff the next morning they were aware and still rented us the room. Do not recommend staying here
