“Very small and homey, not a lot of noise and attendant was very helpful and good with customers.”

“I cannot praise the staff enough. Friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaints about our visit.”

“The hotel is ok the price is half comparing with other same kind of hotels in the town of Augusta just 15 to 20 minutes more drive good value for master stay”

“Clean and quiet place”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working. It needs to remove the steam from bathroom while showering to prevent mold . The remolding was going on and of course there was more noise than normal. Hallways were very warm and humid. The carpet under the AC/heating unit in our room, 213, was soaked from the AC unit running. We did not spill any water! Breakfast was pitiful. Not much of a selection. I could see why no one was there eating. I accidently left my purse……

“There was either ants or termites in my room. Small black insects.”

“The breakfast was pretty good. The elevator floor needed to be cleaned.”

“Good!”

“This place is utterly charming and the reason all the stars are not filled in, is because those pages wouldn’t fully fit on my screen display and the website won’t allow me to scroll over! 5 stars for ALL categories!!”
