My hubby and I enjoyed our stay, entire facility and room were clean, staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was good. We will definetely come back again on our next trip to Edmonton. And would certainly recommend to friends and family. We certain enjoy the entire accommodation for the 5 days.

NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY! Me/my partner were in hot tub, just sitting there together, older guy came to the door/window and started “peeping” on us, he left, came back to peep again, did this a few times.Then came back, this time into the pool room, fully dressed (so he wasn’t coming to use the facilities) & started gay bashing us. I went to front desk to complain & ask for him to be removed. As we didn’t feel safe. He Followed me to the front desk continuing to harass me along the way, got to front desk, as I explained what was going on he continued to harass me. Front desk lady did nothing. I asked them to phone police, I didn’t feel safe & the guy wouldn’t stop, they wouldn’t call. Told me could call myself if wanted. Went back to grab our stuff/phone from pool & front desk lady came in to “apologize” & try to justify her lack of actions(turns out guy is reg customer, guess that means he owns the place?) Went back to our room. She called to offer to upgrade our room & allow us late check out. Said no thanks. We were already in a king size room, it was late, & we were leaving in am. We didn’t need an upgrade.we needed the staff to do their job & keep their customers feeling safe/secure/& happy in their hotel. She said she talked to him and he wouldn’t be bothering us anymore. The next morning tried talking to the manager WILLY. He was no better for help. Expedia ended up helping us. They refunded our money. And gave us extra credits towards our next stay at a DIFFERENT hotel.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great price. Our check in was amazing, she was super friendly and even though there were several arrivals all at the same time to check in, she was quick and efficient. Our flight was leaving very early in the morning so we would miss breakfast so she even offered us some yogurt and muffins to take to our room to have them in the morning. She was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff were excellent even though they were very busy. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical but well prepared and lots available despite the crowd. The roads to the hotel were awful and the shuttle wasn’t on time either to the hotel or back to the airport.

The hotel was VERY clean. That is my first and #1 thing I look for so gold star on that! The staff (all staff) were really kind. The beds were comfortable… Check, Check, Check. The ONLY downside were the pillows. They were horrible on every level. Both my son and I woke up with bad headaches in the middle of the night. The pillows were all identical. They need to go. Past that… great stay and I would and will definitely come back. But I’ll be bringing my own pillow (and I am an outback guy who sleeps on the dirt)…

Front desk person was awesome! Rooms stuck so bad of that powder people put on their carpets to mask smells from room or carpet. Allergic to it and it doesn’t make room smell clean, but makes you think what are they trying to mask the smell. My husband and I both had a difficult time breathing for our very short 4 hour night because of smell. Was no sense asking for different room as if they used it in our room, they use it in all rooms. Bed was comfortable. Again, young lady at front desk was very nice and helpful in giving us a wake-up call and booking us a taxi back to airport.
