"We had a wonderful stay. The hostess, Régine, is very warm and welcoming. The house is very well equipped, especially for families with little ones. The two adult bikes (each with a child seat) were in great condition (we did bring a helmet for our toddler). The kitchen has everything except spices and paper towels. "Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...

"Recently had a long weekend here and it really is a fabulous place to stay. Situated just outside Blankenberge, it is a perfect location for the beaches, the lovely bars and restaurants in the town centre (some of the best food in Europe) and also a great base for adventuring to other towns and cities. "This house has everything you need for a vacation. 30-45 minutes away from the beach. The Shower is newly made. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because, in the Toilett is actually Mold on the wall and the Vacuum is very old, so its hard to work with it. "The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "
