“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. "Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."
