“This is the villa house with other hotel rooms and suites but is itself a stand-alone building. We loved the location close to the beach and Quinta Avenida, but we loved how quiet it was inside the complex. The staff were super helpful. Our kids loved the pool and we appreciated having air conditioning! Our group of two families used all 4 bedrooms and appreciated that there were three bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again”

“Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay.
