"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

"Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."

"Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. "

"My third time staying over due to the proximity to Playa Blanca and the family friendly nature of the THB Tropical especially for young children. Loads of pools and fun activities for the whole family.First visit was in 2018. However the rooms need refreshing. I appreciate that it’s an all year resort so doing up the rooms will be a nightmare financially. But my rooms looked, smelt and felt like a revamp was urgently needed. "
