“Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. “Start with the staff: they are fabulous! Your stay begins with a tour of the property - which is located in 3 adjoining buildings. Staff assisted us with parking, which is tricky. You park in a gas station about 8 minutes by foot from the property. She rode with us and spoke to the gas station manager on our behalf. “You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. “This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
