“100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. “Little but comfy tiny house, off-grid, so more glamping than hotel. With all the mod cons (heating, mini fridge, gas, hot shower, even a little fireplace and a firepit outside. Energy is limited and depends on the weather to charge the battery via the solar panels, but even on grey and rainy days, the battery did charge. But it is not huge, so be wary of not keeping all the lights on etc. Bring a flashlight, just in case. It is perfectly located at the bottom of Anakie Gorge, and there are lots……

“We had a great stay in Ballarat! The house is newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Communication with the host was seamless and very easy from start to finish. ​A couple of small additions would make the space even better: privacy curtains or proper blinds in both the bedrooms would be a helpful upgrade, and adding a mirror in the main bedroom would make getting ready much easier. ​Overall, a very comfortable and well-kept home. “This property is fantastic. I really enjoyed the story surrounding the building (being built up in the last couple of years with the original building being 184 years old!). Everything was very clean and cosy and is the perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. “The door to the backyard was not functioning. That is a bungalow (separated room from the main building) which has no gas heater, kitchen facilities, no fly screen or security door. As it’s not under the main roof, it’s very inconvenient when it’s raining. One of the bedrooms has two bathrooms and toilet. Another bedroom has no toilet or bathroom attach to it.
