“Aging facility and maintenance seem to be lagging.
Split unit was not heating despite a request to the front desk.
Found that the bathroom sink spout was loose.
TV is old with no access to the usual streaming sites.
Next to the elevators was a number a garbage bags left by the maintenance(?) staff.”

“paid for the room in full, but the experience was very disappointing. When I checked in, there were no towels in the room and no shampoo provided. The breakfast was also very poor.
On the second day, I was locked out of my room because my key card stopped working, which caused a major inconvenience.
For the price I paid, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for these issues.”
