“Beautiful cabin! The location was great, the residence was clean and the beds were comfortable. I love that there wasn't a TV and that it had a metal roof - it made the rain so perfect. We will be coming back! This place is too perfect.”

“The Only thing I would change is having instructions on how to work the heater in the cabin ,but besides that the hot tub is awesome and the Game Room didn’t have all the equipment it showed on the website .But it is a great getaway and nice and clean and quiet ,I would recommend it for anyone who wants to get away .Thanks for hosting us!”

“Spacious house with beautiful views.”

“House was very clean, spacious and communication with host was excellent. Amazing, well kept backyard, in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!”

“The place was great, and the service was even better. The owner communicated very effectively, gave us tips for what to do around the area, where to eat and the place was so nice, cozy and equipped. I would totally recommend this place. I will most likely be back next October. 10/10… 100 stars!”

“Easy access, great view, roomy for 2 and would highly recommend!!”

“Hands down the most amazing stay ive had in a long time !!!”

“The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is not on a busy road. I had no issues with communication with the host. She was very quick in responding to my inquiries. We didn’t cook there but saw items in the cabinets to do so. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. I recommend this for a small group because there is only 1 bathroom. We booked this place again for next year because it was conveniently located close to our weekend event.”

“A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.”

“Based off of the directions it was a little tricky to find as the directions took us next door but other than that it wasn't too bad. Also was a little disappointed there wasn't any games. Most places we stay have cards or other board games but that wasn't too big of a deal.”

“This house was in the perfect location and exactly what we needed! 20 minutes from Hershey and 30 minutes from the Ren faire. Basically everything we needed to cook our favorite dishes and foods. Extra blankets for watching TV in the cozy living room. The house had beautiful plants accenting it. The upstairs had some low ceilings, but once we learned where to duck it was fine. A wonderful stay and definitely on my favorites list for next time!”

“My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days with our little dog. This property was perfect. The one neighbor has a child that made some noise, but nothing that ruined our stay. It was short drive to restaurants and city island. We had a wonderful time.”

“This was an excellent spot for my wife and I for a long weekend. The place has been renovated so it's not at all what's displayed online. But it was actually better the way we found it. All arrangements and comms w owner were first class. Will stay again for sure and recommend highly.”

“Wonderful location !! Comfortable bed, great shower - recommend. Just FYI, two flights of stairs”

“Thank you to the hosts for a great stay. I was traveling through the area while moving. So I had a small 8'x10" enclosed trailer that the host was gracious enough to lend me space to park it at their office. That made my trip so easy. The property is as described. The view from the front was very pretty, overlooking the river. The little park across the street was nice and easy to walk my dogs. I felt safe and the old building was cute but very well refurbished on the inside. I appreciate any……

“If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.”

“The host communicated well and was responsive for any needs. The Coal Breaker was clean, festive with fall decorations and many amenities. We enjoyed having a cozy place to go back to after spending our days at Knoebels and exploring the area. Would recommend this place for a lovely family stay.”
