"We recently stayed at the IntercityHotel Wiesbaden and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, and makes it easy to get around the city. It is also possible to walk to the historic center, where you can enjoy elegant and well-preserved architecture. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. Breakfast offered a good selection, and everything was fresh and well presented. While the hotel may not be luxurious, it provides good value for money and meets all the essential needs. We would consider staying here again on a future visit to Wiesbaden."

"Loved the location. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant across the way that was the affiliated with the hotel was also great. Stupid person that I am, I couldn’t figure out how to work the shades until the next morning and didn’t see any in the bathroom altho the window may have been glazed a bit. Make sure you figure all that out before you turn in for the night :)"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine. The food was excellent and there was a nice view from the restaurant and terrace you can enjoy a drink on. The accommodation was right on the Rheinsteg which was great for us as we were walking."

"We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing. The room was objectively dirty and hazardous: Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale. Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months. Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it. Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee. Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in."
