“Perfect for us. 2 dogs and close to town!! Very clean”

“This property is not fit for occupancy. There are multiple trip hazards, fire hazards, and personal injury issues with this facility. Luckily the owner will have likely addressed and remediated these issues for you to see the true beauty and spectacular views in the area. Some of the most beautiful views in New Mexico are in this area. Bring multiple cameras and take photos that are truly capable of filling any decor, rough and rugged, or very eclectic. Dont miss this one once the repairs……

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well……

“The setup was basic but served its purpose well.”

“The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.”

“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

“5th adobe home we have stayed at in Taos. Best to date, wish we had allotted more time as we were sad to leave that amazing adobe. Wonderful!”

“Lovely stay I’ll return soon”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. The 360deg view (and sunsets) provided by this property are outstanding.”

“Perfect for our stop on way to the mountains. Safe and plenty of room for trailer.”

“Very clean & cozy studio, with kitchenette.Only issue we had was the hot tub was mis represented to us. The hot tub is presented as you can use it if the guests in the main house are not using it, you may then use the hot tub. After going out & purchasing suits for my husband & I. We were then notified 2 days later that we could not use it due to guests in main house only wanting to use hot tub exclusively.I believe the host should of followed her representation as what was advertised on VRBO.”

“Need to disclose on listing no AC available. 92 degrees outside and 78 inside at late afternoon.”

“Parking was easily accessible and secure. The room was very clean and comfortable. However, there was only one chair available in the room Two of us were staying there. Another chair of some sort would have been really nice. The bed is elevated, and not so easy to sit for dressing. Great location and I would book this room again.”

“Loved the condo. Very well maintained , close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very close to Taos plaza. Lovely view from the main window , has a beautiful patio and a porch . The host was very responsive throughout!”

“The property was clean and perfectly located in town, walking distance for the shops and food. Our host was great with communication, would love to stay here again.”

“Sure enjoyed our stay. Only issue was It was very dusty and floors under bed and heater had not been sweep or cleaned for awhile. Other than that it was great!!”

“Outstanding location and property is amazing. We will be back!”
