“My wife and I wanted to “slow travel” for a few days and found this place on VRBO. It’s a 100-yr old traditional coastal home.
It is directly across the road (there is a convenient tunnel under the road) from Zaimokuza and Yuigahama beaches and there is a bus stop right outside the door for a 15 min ride to/from Kamakura Station. The #40 bus is reliable and easy. Don’t bother with a taxi.
It is also a 15-min walk to the Enoden train, which follows the coastline and goes to Hase and Enoshima……
“Hôtel très bien placé, idéal pour visiter les 2 temples les plus proches à pied (quelques minutes). Pas loin de la mer et de la plage. Rue avec des commerces et des restaurants. La grande chambre était très bien et la déco vraiment originale (hamac dans la chambre). Sanitaires et douches communes très propres. Parking juste en face, même si un peu cher.”
