They were very helpful and accommodated my needs. If I had an issue, they would take care of it. I didn’t have any issues with the hotel but just my own personal things I needed. “Not as clean as I was hoping but always got quick replies and check in/out was easy. Location was pretty good. The shower would not drain properly and the host fixed it on the second day we asked. ”

“I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful.”
